By purchasing or using a claudecrew kit you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
claudecrew kits are digital products: collections of plain-text files (agents, skills and commands) designed for use with Claude Code. The complete list of included files is published on this site before purchase.
License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the kits in your own projects, commercial or personal, on any number of your own machines. You may modify the files freely for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the kits or substantial portions of them, whether modified or not. One purchase covers one person; team licenses are available by writing to [email protected].
No guarantees of outcome
The kits are tools. Results depend on your product, your judgment and the underlying model. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, security or any specific outcome. Output produced with the kits is your responsibility to review before use.
Third-party requirement
The kits require Claude Code, a product of Anthropic, PBC, under your own subscription. claudecrew has no control over Claude Code's availability, pricing or behavior, and changes to it do not entitle you to a refund.
Privacy policy
We collect the minimum we need to run this business:
- Purchases: payment is processed by our checkout provider; we receive your email address and order details, never your card number.
- Free tools: when you request the free tools we store your email address to deliver them and to send occasional product updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works the first time.
- Analytics: this site uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no sale of data to anyone.
The kits themselves run entirely on your machine and phone home to nothing. To have your email removed from our records, write to [email protected].
Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
This is not us hiding the ball; it is the nature of the product. You receive the complete kits instantly and irreversibly at purchase, and a digital file cannot be returned. In exchange we are radically transparent before you pay: the full list of every agent, skill and command is public, the demo shows real sessions, and the FAQ answers the hard questions.
If something in your delivery is broken (a corrupted download, a missing file), write to [email protected] and we will fix it. That is a defect, not a refund, and it is always on us.
